Prayer Confessions for Standing Right With God
“God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.”
– 2 Corinthians 5:21
I am the righteousness of God.
I thank you father for I understand that I am not righteous but that I have been declared righteous by you.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for by dying on the cross you paid for my sins, thereby declaring me to be righteous.
Thank you, Lord for accepting me as I am and not on the basis of what I do or how I look. Thank you for forgiving me of all my sins and cleansing me of all unrighteousness. Thank you for your love and mercy revealed to me in Christ Jesus.
I understand my own position before God, I receive clarity, meaning, powerful meaning to my life as you reveal to me what righteousness about. I declare that I am clothed in the righteousness of God and so I am saved.
Hallelujah!
