The Confidence To Arise – Prayer Confessions
The Lord is my light and my salvation — so why should I be afraid?
The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger,
so why should I tremble? – Psalm 27:1
I have the confidence to arise.
Lord I am so grateful for Your precious promises towards me. My heart sings and rejoices because of the great and mighty things You have said concerning me.
I break out in songs of praise and I rejoice in quiet confidence at who You are to me. Thank You for being my good Father, caring for me and leading me along the pathways of my life.
Today, I declare “Light, space, zest—that’s God! So, with him on my side I’m fearless, afraid of no one and nothing…”
When besieged, I’m calm as a baby. When all hell breaks loose, I’m collected and cool.”
Yes! I am not shaken or moved by the circumstances around me because my God is on my side.
As I journey in my year, and in this decade, my heart is rock solid, immovable, with unshakable faith and confidence in God’s desires over me.
“My heart will not be afraid even if an army rises to attack. I know that you are there for me, so I will not be shaken” – Psalm 27:1-6
As I obey your directives and instructions to arise this year, may my heart take its confidence from Your word in the name of Jesus.
I arise and go forward with confidence; I take the territories and kingdoms that the Lord has spoken to me about.
As I move ahead to do the will of the Father, I am settled within me that the One who lives on the inside of me is powerful! He is greater than any other, and He is ready to help me.
“With him is only the arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people gained confidence from what Hezekiah the king of Judah said.” – 2 Chronicles 32:8

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, surrounded, or defeated, let me remember that all of my help comes from You alone!
Let me never forget who You are and what You can do.
I speak God’s confidence into every area of my heart, and I move forward into the promises of God for me, my family, and everything the Lord has commanded me to embrace.
I declare that the fruit of my righteousness is peace, quietness, and confidence forever. As I hope in the Lord, my strength and confidence become renewed, refreshed, and refocused. I see myself in the light of who God is and who He made me to be.
I am not afraid or dismayed about the tactics of the enemy concerning me or my family. Instead, I see God who is with me, as He strengthens and upholds me with His righteous right hand.
God’s grace is enough for me, and His power is made perfect in all of my shortcomings and weaknesses.
I stand in the confidence that the Lord who has started this great and amazing work in me is able to complete and perfect it in my life in Jesus’ name.
Amen
Love,
