Envision The Future

“Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.”

– Mark 8:25

Can you envision the future?

What do you see? How do you see? 

What kind of vision do you have for the future?

What are the things that the Lord has told you about the year you are in? 

Have you embraced that future? Do you believe the things God has said to you? Do you have a hard time accepting the things you see? Do you find it even difficult to dream about the future?

Sometimes, it may be tough for you to see the future clearly because your lens from which you see and envision has been clouded by past experiences, hurts and disappointments. 

God wants to bring healing to your sight so you can see as God wants you to see – clearly. 

God wants to restore your sight, so you can see things from His perspective, and not through the lens of pain or hurt.

This week, as you feast on God’s word, may your vision be sharpened, and may you see the future that the Lord wants for you, in Jesus’ name. Amen
