Do you use a Meal Planner?

I understand that we all have our different methods for running our homes as moms – one of which is the use of a meal planner.

I use a meal planner because it saves me a lot of time, energy and thinking! I definitely love to hear about anything that can help me save money too.

For today’s Tip, I will share with you on:

  • Save Time: I don’t know if you’re like me. If you are, you must hate to think about the next meal! If you’re looking to save time with meal preparation, the best way is to use a Meal Planner. You can save time by preparing ahead for each meal.

  • Save Money: Using a meal planner helps you to plan ahead, and buy in bulk. This way, you save money on buying in bits and also in having to make repeated trips to the store to stock up on groceries.

  • Others Can Help With Cooking: Having a Meal Planner means that you have planned ahead and you can easily pass on the responsibility of making a meal to another member of your family or anyone else for that matter. All you need to do is give them a few instructions about where things are. I love automated – and this is my number one reason for using a Meal Planner.

  • Healthier Meals: Being Intentional about meal planning helps you to keep from just eating whatever you find, whether they are healthy or not. By planning out each meal, you can ensure that you have put in healthy meals and you won’t be caught in the ‘grab-a-snack’ or junk food trap.

  1. I don’t like cooking so I have always worked with a meal planner. It is not as if the meals are set in stone but when I find myself wandering what to cook, I check my kitchen door and problem is solved. Thank you Seye for these tips!
